Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to offer a decent value with the Groupon deal, but several aspects left much to be desired. The food and entertainment were highlights, yet the noise levels and room conditions significantly impacted my overall experience. The friendly staff made a good impression, but the facilities really need an upgrade.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, especially their willingness to help me find accommodation, the noise from the nightclub directly below was unbearable on Friday and Saturday nights. The location is convenient and our room was basic but functional. However, a thorough cleaning and upgrades are definitely needed to make it more inviting.
The hotel offers basic accommodations that are clean but a bit dated. It's a good spot for exploring the surrounding areas, especially Loch Lomond, and the restaurant serves delicious food with attentive service. However, be cautious about staying on weekends due to intense noise from the nightclub below, and some of the amenities in the room could use improvement.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location is great and the staff were helpful, but the state of the room left a lot to be desired. The noise from the nightclub below made it hard to sleep, and I encountered issues with cleanliness and comfort. I appreciated the good food and drink options at the bar, but I wouldn't recommend staying here overnight due to the disturbances.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the staff were friendly and there were a few decent amenities, the noise from the nightclub below made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The condition of the room left much to be desired, and I definitely felt it was not worth the price I paid.
